Technical Assistance and Teaming Webinar: REsearch Across Complementary and Integrative Health Institutions (REACH) Virtual Resource Centers
Date: June 18, 2024 - 2:00 p.m. ET to 3:30 p.m. ET
Event Description
This 1.5-hour event will include an overview of the reissued funding opportunity from the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH):
The first portion of the webinar is the technical assistance portion of the event. It will include information on the goals and purpose of the request for applications (RFA-AT-24-009) as well as review considerations. There will be a questions and answers opportunity thereafter. Following the technical webinar will be a teaming activity opportunity to engage and provide potential applicants with an opportunity to network with potential complementary and integrative health institution partners.
This event is provided for potential applicants who want to learn details about this exciting and unique funding opportunity and foster relationships with other researchers with whom they may collaborate.
REACH virtual resource centers will foster institutional partnerships and provide resources to support research activities and research training for faculty who work at partnering U.S. domestic complementary and integrative health clinical institutions, such as: schools of acupuncture, chiropractic, osteopathy, naturopathy, physical therapy, and music and art therapy. Teaming will be essential since the application must include letters of support from at least three accredited complementary and integrative health clinical institutions that agree to partner with REACH.
(NCCIH provided the Notice of Intent to Publish in March 2024 to allow potential applicants sufficient time to develop meaningful collaborations and responsive projects.)

- Attending this technical assistance/teaming webinar is NOT a requirement for submission to the funding opportunity.
