The Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health Department of Nutrition and the Teaching Kitchen Collaborative present the 2022 Teaching Kitchen Research Conference. The conference will highlight the latest in emerging research on the application and impact of teaching kitchens across multiple populations and settings. The conference will take place both online and in person at UCLA’s Luskin Conference Center.

- Learn ways teaching kitchens are being used in shared medical appointment settings and consider the business case in support of teaching kitchens.
- Visit the new teaching kitchen facility at UCLA; hear from chef instructors, dietitians, physicians, and researchers on effective models of culinary instruction.
- Add new recipes to your teaching kitchen that are easy to prepare, affordable, healthy, vibrant, and culturally adaptable.
